- Review deliverables promptly and communicate revision requests clearly.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule in their proposal or invoice.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees are quoted in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms, milestones, and refund eligibility are outlined in your individual project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, completed work and delivered materials are non-refundable once approved or published.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients typically retain ownership of their manuscript and final approved deliverables, as outlined in their service agreement. American Literary Publishers retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a confidentiality restriction is agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client projects, manuscripts, and personal information as confidential. Ghostwriting and sensitive projects remain private unless the client gives written permission to disclose our involvement or use project materials for promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Literary Publishers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
